How to use

1. Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to clean skin so the tools glide rather than drag.
2. Hold the gua sha almost flat against the skin and use its smooth curved edge to sweep upwards and outwards: from the chin along the jawline to the ear, then from beside the nose across the cheekbone to the temple, then from the brow up to the hairline. Do 3–5 strokes in each area.
3. On the neck, use gentle downward strokes.
4. Finish with the roller. Use the large end across the cheeks, jaw and forehead, and the small end gently outwards beneath the eyes.
5. For an extra cooling feel, keep the tools in the fridge before use.
